Worried about installation defects? Rest assured that we’ve got you covered with our warranty. We will promptly fix any installation issues. This ensures that your floors stay flawless during the warranty.

We provide an extra box of full-size planks for larger installation projects. We’ll use these extra materials for repairs if there is damage. This is all within the warranty period. It will keep your floors looking new for years. If the owner lacks the extra box, Pro Flooring Installers Charlotte will not supply more materials but the customer can buy extra planks at retail price.
Claims made during the warranty period will have a trip fee. The fee is based on Pro Flooring Installers Charlotte’s current rate. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by furniture or seating. It does not cover those with rolling casters or wheels. The owner must notify Pro Flooring Installers Charlotte within seven days after installation if the extra box of planks is not received.
Pro Flooring Installers Charlotte offers the Flooring Warranty exclusively to residential purchasers. This warranty becomes effective upon full payment and successful installation, remaining valid as long as the flooring remains in its original location and the original purchaser resides in the home. To request warranty service or schedule an inspection, contact our Customer Service. We reserve the right to inspect products and replace components if necessary, ensuring your satisfaction.
